"Für alle Wetterlagen ist hier gesorgt - ein sehr schönes Haus auf einem sehr schönen, grünen Grundstück. Super um Abschalten und lange Spaziergänge. Schade ist, das der Badezugang am Haff mittlerweile komplett mit Schilf zugewachsen ist. top Ausstattung und endlich ein Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Geschirr (auch wenn der Geschirrspüler noch läuft!). Einzig Bademäntel haben uns für den Luxus gefehlt."

"Zimmer Nr. 2. Angenehme Unterkunft, gute Lage, direkt am Kurpark, 600m zur Promenade, 200m zum Hundepark. Zimmer war warm, wichtige Fernsehprogramme voreingestellt. Ausstattung ausreichend für 2 Personen. Es fehlt ein Toaster (unerlässlich für Menschen die glutenfreies Brot essen müssen, das schmeckt ungetoastet wie Pappe), und ein Dunstabzug. Spannbettlaken sollten heute Standard sein. Mangehlhaft ist die Kommunikation! Wenn man vor der Anreise anfragt, was beim Check-In zu beachten gibt und...

"Simply great place to stay. 20 metres to the beach,two steps to the Promenade and beach equipment rental free of charge at the Villa Baltic. I have never been in such clean facilities before. Very kind and courteous personnel."

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more for the price I have paid."

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "
