We want your lodging experience to be most enjoyable. Part of that enjoyment comes from selecting the vacation property that best fits your needs. Mama Bear’s Cabin was built in 1985 and is 650 sq. ft., a good space for 2 to 4 people. The style is simple, clean and unpretentious. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics you need for cooking, but if you are a gourmet chef, this may not be the place for you. Some of the dishes are hand made pottery. Not everything matches. There is no dishwasher. Garbage needs to be disposed of carefully to avoid attracting those wild critters. Collecting compost scraps and recycling is required, and a conservative energy usage strongly encouraged. There is no central heat. There is a hearth stove, a wall furnace. and a window air conditioner. Please feel free to contact us at any time should you have questions or concerns.
