"I had looked forward to my stay at the Seehotel, booked for three nights during a business trip. The lakeside location and sauna/steam room facilities sounded ideal. However, upon arrival, I found a note in my room informing me there would be no telephones for the week due to system work. This also meant the sauna and steam room were out of service, as alarms wouldn’t be available in emergencies. There was no internet or Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel. "Sehr schön gelegener Bungalow an der Havel. Für Selbstverpfleger ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Klein aber fein. Mehr als 2 Personen können dort aber nicht urlauben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca.10 km Entfernung. Auto wäre also angebracht. Oder für Sportliche ein Rad. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Mein Mann war angeln und ich habe relaxt. Wir empfehlen dieses Anwesen gerne weiter. Hat ein wenig Ossi Charm. Yvonne und Thomas"

"Really nice property, well kept and clean throughout. Location is really peaceful, quite some way from any towns or villages. Good communications from hosts and easy to access on arrival. The log burner was a lovely touch too. It's not clear on the listing that the property is upstairs - not a problem for us but would be for anyone with mobility issues. There's no wifi (making it great for a get away from it all stay!) and no microwave. A guide to the location would have been useful, to show...
