The highlight

The special feature of this property is the unique panoramic view from the first Row on the Bay of Lübeck, in the west of the harbor entrance of Neustadt, then goes to the views of the seaside resorts Sierksdorf, Haffkrug, Timmendorfer beach, Niendorf, Travemünde to Mecklenburg coast to the east. Even at night the horizon is not dark, but you can see there the lighted shoreline. How to make your vacation here in all seasons interesting and relaxing. The apartment

Further facilities include the 50 square meter apartment "Penthouse Baltic Panorama" in the second OG, out to the south, overlooking the beach right outside your door. This apartment was certified by the DTV in 2016 + 2019 with 4 stars and has a bright, sunny living / dining room, covered balcony, double bedroom, marble bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, hall and entrance / cloakroom. It is easily accessible by elevator to the front door or on the stairs.
In addition, is available in the EC a covered car parking right next to the front door and a lockable storage room for bicycles, sporting goods, food and beverages available.

The neighborhood

The "Penthouse Baltic Panorama" is located right on the promenade in the center of Pelzerhaken. In the immediate vicinity you will find nice shops, boutiques and fine dining: coffee shop, creperie, Ristorante-Pizzeria-Italia, the stranded, the bottle post with SKY-Sport on large screen, the Edible bar and the ice cream café Bananaboat (right in the house).

Reserved covered private parking in the yard, right next to the front door.
Public transport runs from Neustadt Train in Holstein to the beach avenue (stop Schaarweg, 200 meters). Taxis are also there in a few minutes.

Other important information

The house is very quiet and is used by the owner primarily as a secondary residence.

The sandy beach is right outside the door. A mini golf course 200 meters. The Pelzerhakener surfing paradise "Surf City" only 1 km away and the demanding "Golf Club Brodauer mill" is only about 9 km away.
The apartment is ideal for accompanying persons and visitors of patients the Schön Clinic Neustadt (4 km)

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit ausgezeichnetem Panoramablick
Wir haben eine hervorragende Urlaubswoche in dieser ausgezeichneten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Diese ist nicht nur erstklassig ausgestattet, sondern bietet einen einzigartigen, fulminanten Panoramablick auf die Lübecker Bucht. Besonders erwähnenswert ist zudem der sehr sympathische Austausch mit Vermieter Herrn Vogler, der seine Gäste freundlich willkommen heißt, mit umfassenden Informationen über Pelzerhaken und die Region versorgt und auch ansonsten für seine Gäste für Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Zudem liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral in Pelzerhaken. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Strand und damit zum Strandkorb. Auch der Supermarkt und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar wie auch einige Restaurants direkt an der schön gestalteten Promenade. Besonders angetan hat uns das Restaurant Fien tu Huus mit seiner tollen regionalen Küche. Summasumarum: Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche in der Wohnung und in Pelzerhaken. DANKESCHÖN 👍🏼 😄

Gut für Zwei....
Bei diesem Ausblick ist man von ersten Augenblick im Urlaubsmodus. Netter Vermieter, der bei seiner persönlichen Begrüßung das Objekt ausführlich zeigte und tolle Tipps gab. Die Wohnung ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Von hier aus schöne Ausflüge mit dem Rad unternommen...am Strand gelegen....schöne Spaziergänge unternommen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist da selbst in der Hochsaison am Abend Ruhe.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die zentrale Lage, mit tollen Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft und auch der Möglichkeit sowohl Richtung Westen als auch in Richtung Osten am Strand oder dem hohen Ufer entlang zu wandern, ist für uns perfekt gewesen. Der Blick auf die Bucht, sowohl vom Balkon aus als auch aus der Wohnung durch die großzügige Fensterfront, ist traumhaft. Man kann nachmittags auf dem Balkon die Sonne genießen und sieht sie am Abend auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Bucht untergehen. Ein wirklich traumhaftes Panorama! Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und kurz technisch und organisatorisch eingewiesen. Kurz, weil wirklich alles detailliert vorbereitet und mit entsprechenden Informationen hinterlegt ist. Zudem war er für uns auch während des Aufenthalts erreichbar. Was jedoch nicht nötig war, da keine Fragen offen geblieben sind und nichts nachgeregelt werden musste. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden hier gern auch nocheinmal wieder selbst Zeit verbringen!

Urlaubszuhause mit perfektem Ostsee-Blick
Die Wohnung ist, was Lage und Ausstattung betrifft, in der Tat hervorragend. Gleiches gilt für die "Betreuung" durch die Vermieter, bzw. Wolfgang und Petra Vogler sind im Grunde mehr Gastgeber als Vermieter. Sie haben wirklich an alles gedacht, was zu einem perfekten Urlaub dazugehört. Positiv hervorzuheben sind neben der stilvollen Einrichtung und einem Schrank voller Spiele und Bücher beispielsweise die laminierten Buspläne, Informationen über Ausflugsziele oder Restaurants sowie andere liebevolle Details wie Blumen und Sekt zur Begrüßung. Am Strand ist man in wenigen Minuten. Pelzerhaken als Urlaubsort ist klein, aber fein und zeichnet sich inbesondere durch hervorragende Restaurants aus, die in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung liegen. In ganz besonderer Weise kann man jeden Mittwoch Abend den Blick vom Balkon auf die Lübecker Bucht genießen, wenn die Regatta des Neustädter Segelvereins stattfindet und die Boote direkt an Pelzerhaken vorbeisegeln.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit grandiosem Ausblick
Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung nach der Beschreibung bei FeWo ausgesucht und waren mehr als begeistert. Der Vermieter hat uns freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet und die Einweisung sehr detailliert. Ein kleines Manko ist der etwas niedrige Wasserdruck. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig, wie auch die Möbel auf dem Balkon. Das Umfeld mit verschiedenen Restaurants und Eisdiele ist abwechslungsreich. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter.

Top Lage Top Meerblick Top Ausstattung Top Sauber Top Gastgeber Mehr geht nicht. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Angefangen mit dem Parkplatz direkt neben der Tür, gemachte Betten, den Bademantel drauf, frische Blumen, ein Fläschchen Sekt zur Begrüßung, natürlich gekühlt, Smart-TV und dann der Traumblick über die ganze Lübecker Bucht. Wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

schöne Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Lübecker Bucht
Die Wohnung ist in erster Linie zum Strand mit tollem Blick auf die Lübecker Bucht ideal für Standgänger gelegen. Im Umfeld sind ausreichend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Aktivitäten im Umfeld von Pelzerhaken, welches diesbezüglich noch etwas verschlafen ist, ausreichend angeboten, lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Wir haben uns in der kleinen (für 2 Personen völlig ausreichenden) Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung als auch das Gesamtobjekt sind gepflegt, ein Parkplatz steht direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Wir wurden bereits im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthalts in Pelzerhaken sehr gut von den Eheleuten Vogeler betreut. Gerne wieder!
