Apartment "Stadtoase" in the center of Neustadt an der Weinstrasse

Our approx. 80 sqm apartment with terrace is located in a one-way street close to and within walking distance of the historic city center of Neustadt.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds; Both rooms naturally have wardrobes. A travel toddler bed with bedding is also available if required.
The modern bathroom has a large shower and washing machine.
Bedding and towels are included.
In the fully equipped open kitchen-dining-living area you can spend nice hours together.
The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance.
A storage space for bicycles is available inside the apartment and on the large terrace.
Free parking is available in front of the apartment or in the immediate vicinity.
Arriving by train is also not a problem; the walk from the train station to the apartment is about 5 minutes. The walk to the old town is 5 minutes.
Hiking trails and mountain bike trails of all levels of difficulty are right outside the door.
Attractions such as B. the Hambach Castle (3 km) and the Speyer Cathedral (25 km), Deidesheim (8 km) or Heidelberg (50 km) are easily accessible.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen und sehr sauberen Unterkunft genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt als Startpunkt für Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen sowie Restaurantbesuche in der Innenstadt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Weinkeller gut bestückt. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Alles war pickobello sauber. Die Terrasse gut zu nutzen. Treppensteigen muss man können. War aber auch so angegeben. Die Nähe zu City war sehr gut. Direkt in Bahnhof-Nähe, obwohl davon nichts zu hören war. Fußläufig 10-15 Minuten bis zu den Geschäften und Lokalen. Von hieraus wunderbar die Umgegend kennengelernt. Vermieter sehr nett und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle, wenn man möchte.

Gute saubere Wohnung
Leider haben wir keinen Sommer, so war es in der Altbauwohnung sehr kalt. Die Gastgeber haben auf unsere Bitte nach der Heizung sofort reagiert und diese angeschaltet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Klare Empfehlung unserer seits.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und super eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Innenstadt ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und toll zum Bummeln, Essen und Trinken. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Neustadt buchen wir diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall wieder

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Stadtoase. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum oder schnell auf den Wanderwegen um z.b. nach Sankt Martin zu gehen. Auch der Weinkeller in der Wohnung ist ein Highlight. Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder

Schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem Altbau in Innenstadtnähe, nette Terrasse. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Fußgängerzone und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Eine etwas ungewöhnliche Wohnung , aber urgemütlich. Grosse, schöne Terrasse.In der Wohnung alles vorhanden. Es fehlt leider die Tür zum zweiten Schlafzimmer. Fußläufig ist die Stadt in 5 Minuten erreichbar, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Insgesamt sehr erholsame Tage. Den Vermietern ein dickes Dankeschön.

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Nette Gastgeber, die Beschreibung entspricht der Wohnung. Eine schöne Sonnenterrasse und bei Hitze kühle Innenräume , dazu ein kleiner Weinkeller - was will man mehr.

Wunderbare FeWo in zentraler Lage
FeWo liegt zentral, 10 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof, Fußgängerzone und Einkauf. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war völlig unkompliziert, CheckIn erfolgte über Schlüsselkode. Zusätzliches Plus ist ein Angebot hervorragender lokaler Weine zum fairen Preis.

…mit sehr netten und unkomplizierten Gastgebern. Ein kleines Highlight war der zugehörige „Weinkeller“, wo man sich an ausgewählten Weinen des Forster Winzervereins zu günstigen Preisen selbst bedienen kann! Hervorzuheben ist auch die super Ausstattung - von der Küche über Spiele und Bücher bis zu der Sammlung umfangreicher (und weitestgehend aktueller) Infomaterialien zur Umgebung. Dies sowie die gleichermaßen zentrale wie auch naturnahe Lage und nicht zuletzt das sehr bequeme Boxspringbett ließen keine Wünsche offen!

Het was echt een stadoase
Prachtig verbouwde oude woning op 3 minuten lopen van het centrum. Lekker verwarmd, leuk terrasje, heel compleet, prima bed. Fietsen konden in de garage Prettig contact met verhuurder.
