"The entrance and access to the rooms was dirty and unwelcoming. There was a lot of noise from delivery trucks and garbage trucks. There was no reception to speak of and this made it difficult to organise anything like taxis etc to get around. Extremely rude and arrogant manager who swore and used foul language when we made a comment that he was not very helpful or courteous. The place itself once passed the entrance was lovely but there was no lift and no help with luggage up the stairs. ...

"The internet was broken, no elevetor - no airconditioning and the bugs - flies and wasps flew into the room. Had to have the windows open because it was so hot. Nice older couple ( I'm 74 myself) but in way over their heads. Really too bad. I booked another hotel through expedia and move - a good hotel the Mercure."

All kinds of fancy restaurants are within walking distance. Great German breakfast included. Nice, inviting backyard. Hotel personnel are helpful & friendly. Parking is for free. Last but not least: Look at their price tags!"
