"The list of negatives could be endless. The room was very tiny and very old with lots of wear and tear. Our bags had to be placed on the floor; there were no bag racks. The room overlooked dingy buildings. The sink and tub water could not be shut off. The toilet broke. When I asked for a spare roll of toilet paper and 2 extra small towels, they did not want to give them to me. They did so only after another guest helped explain what I wanted and I had to sign for them. The included breakfast...

"El hotel es hermoso. Habitación moderna y cómodisima con jacuzzi para 2 personas funcionando perfectamente. Vistas hermosas al bosque. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta caliente súper disfrutable. Desayuno justo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Tienen algunos muy pequeños detalles a corregir de mantenimiento: alguna cortina rota, extractores de baño no funcionaban, TV con mala señal y alguna luz quemada. "
