"Stayed overnight after arriving by train. "

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However the housekeeping needs improvement. The shampoo and shower gel pump were not working and nothing were done to them. I have to inform the front desk who came and checked on it. 👍 the swing in the room is very unique and I hope the cushion could be thicker so that it will more comfortable. Wish there’s a desk in the room, The location is fantastic, less than 5mins to the train station and bus interchange. "

"Great stay. Reception staff very friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean and had a lovely smell when you entered through the doors. Very comfortable bed. Only downside and this is the same with all European hotels, only English speaking channels on the TV are the news. Hotel is very convenient for the train station and is only a short walk in to the old town. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if i return to Salzburg "

"Verf comfortable, only surprise was no in-room fridge. Noise levels were excellent, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, room was clean, close to railway and public transport. "

"Good location and nice hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Spoilt by housekeeping knocking on door or just walking in every 20 minutes from 8-12, despite having Do not Disturb sign…. which they then removed, so same knocking next morning. "
