"Bij het boeken stond gratis parkeren achteraf krijg je te horen dat je moet betalen. Inplaats van dat hij dat netjes aangeeft van te voren hoor je het achteraf. Hetzelfde met internet we vroegen de code maar hij gaf niet aan dat hij dit in rekening zou brengen. Dat bleek ergens op een papiertje te staan. Wij vroegen voor de zekerheid de WiFi code maar gingen gelijk de deur uit dus hebben hem nooit gebruikt. En dan beschuldigd deze man ons ook nog dat we cola van hem hebben gedronken terwijl...
