"Besides a lack of basic service such as cups for the room, one of our members had two strange men enter her room after midnight because someone at the front desk had double booked the space. Extremely scary and unwarranted. The rooms were in disrepair and there were issues with upkeep from basic issues such as ripped and torn cushions in the lobby seating area, hall lightening missing, elevators that needed servicing, etc. "
