"Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "

The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day". Great service, lovely breakfast. biggest downside was the car parking - I arrived too late and the car park was full (not the hotels problem) but the on street parking would only allow me to book for 1 hour at a time from 6am... very annoying!"

"We where there for the Strassenfest, and it was very close to get there. However ,the price for one night was very expensive, for such a ask you get a night with breakfast in a four star Hotel in Perth (Western Australia) But that was possibly because of no availability elsewhere."

"This hotel was booked as a stopover on our route back to UK. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, modern, with good facilities in the bedroom and in the hotel itself. We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were courteous and smiling. A great stopover"
