I tried to cancel the room after a few nights as I needed to move to another part of the city and after being told I could - I have been charged for the full stay (5 extra nights) There is no front desk, they don’t respond to emails, no one answers the phone. This is also the last time I am using Expedia as they lied to me about being able to cancel. "

You may need to request room cleaning if you need. Great place for kids, they can navigate themselves above 3yo. "
