"Great place to stay. English is widely spoken which is a plus. Hotel location very convenient to local buses and trams. Also very easy to walk to museums and cafes. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and staff was very accommodating. We had connecting rooms which worked well for us and our preteen/teen. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Balint at the restaurant was especially helpful and gracious. We plan on returning to Vienna and will certainly consider staying here again. "

"It’s quite nice to have the concierge’s efficiency on responsive checkin process. However the room service with shower gel refilled requesting was never fulfilled, that’s just a fact that the huzzy buzzy for the accommodation here. "
