"When my friend and I arrived at this pleasant apartment, we were warmly greeted by the host and shown everything we needed to know about the apartment. It is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you might need in the kitchen and even umbrellas to use should you get caught in the rain. It is located in the old town just minutes by foot to the harbor and the heart of town. "Die Unterkunft war sicher kein Luxus aber für uns völlig ausreichend. Netter Vermieter. Leider keine Handtücher oder Bettwäsche im Preis enthalten. Somit muss man das mitschleppen oder gegen Gebühr ausleihen. Sehr nahe zum Strand und den, sehr wenigen, Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Preise jedoch dort sehr fair. Weitere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sind ein Spielplatz und Minigolf... Strand mit ausreichend Strandkörben, Einstieg zum Wasser leider steinig."

"Größe und Schnitt der Wohnung sehr gut. Sauberkeit: ok, nur in manchen Ecken nicht. Küche: etwas knapp gehalten sind kleine Löffel sowie Messer. Es fehlt ein größeres Sieb! Es gibt zwar viele Lampen in der Wohnung, allerdings geben diese zum Lesen doch zu schwaches Licht!"

"Schwerin hat eine wunderschöne Altstadt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Strassenbahn und der Bahnhof ist in nächster Nähe. Der Schwerinersee und alle anderen sind ein Naturparadies. Mit dem Zug ist man in kurzer Zeit in Wismar und Rostock."

"Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist ausreichend Platz. Sie ist sauber und alles was man benötigt ist Vorhanden. Der Garten ist ein Traum genauso wie die Lage.Fur die Kinder ist Spielzeug vorhanden und vorallem das Trampolin der renner. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Alles ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war immer für Fragen erreichbar und sehr nett. Immer wieder gern. Vielen Dank für alles."

"Meine Freundin und ich, beide 75 Jahre, erhielten erst einen Tag vor Reiseantritt die Mitteilung, dass die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist und für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet ist. Der Aufstieg über die schmale, steile Treppe war eine Zumutung. Im Bad fehlte jegliche Ablage, nichts konnte man abstellen, durch den mickrigen Standhandtuchhalter konnte man kaum aus der Dusche aussteigen, sehr unpraktisch und im TV konnten wir nur Netflix empfangen, nach Nachfrage war normales Fernsehen noch nicht möglich....

"Die Ferienwohnung war zweckmäßig, aber nicht modern, eingerichtet. Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Der Garten ist tatsächlich sehr großzügig, bietet aber keine Besonderheiten. Am Ende sind wir nicht sicher, dass wir tatsächlich die von uns über FeWo-direkt gebuchte Wohnung bewohnt haben. Der Unterschied der drei Wohnungen, der durch die unterschiedlichen Preise ja gegeben sein muss, hat sich für uns nicht erschlossen!"

"Alles was man braucht gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist schön. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Vor allem im Badezimmer. ( Urinstein, schmutzige Dusche, verkalkter Wasserhahn ) Im Schlafzimmer war die Gardine zerrissen und die Nachttischlampe kaputt. Sofa ist durchgesessen. Wir haben uns auch gefragt wofür man 12 kleine Gabeln braucht aber nur 4 Teelöffel vorhanden sind? Da müsste man nachbessern. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub."
