"Excellent"

"From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice."

"Our group of 2 sisters, plus spouses (very fit age 60's, 70's) stayed here mid-September; it is a beautiful location right on the lake. If the weather had been a bit warmer, less windy and rainy, we would have spent more time on the delightful patio. Getting here, however, on the epically windy roads, and down a very steep driveway, and many steps to get to the apartment, makes it challenging if you're not a good driver/active walker. In general, we walked everywhere on our 4 night stay here....

"This beautiful villa is as described. It is located in a non tourist village so brush up on your Italian. A car is needed for sure. The driveway getting into the villa is just as Lino described “not for the weak” walking on the roads is also stressful as you are sharing a narrow road with buses, cars, motorcycles and other pedestrians so you need to be very alert. Inside the villa is very well appointed and Lino left champagne and 2 generous size cold water bottles. The aircon in the bedrooms...

"A wonderful, well-equipment property that is excellently located on the shore of Lake Como. Stunning views from the patio across the lake. The lake swimming was wonderful. However, it would be a little easier if the ladder from the jetty actually went into the water. A truly enjoyable stay."
