"From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice."

"We were disappointed with the lack of information in our villa regarding taxi service, bus schedules, local restaurants etc. This was even more frustrating since our owner Lino was slow to return our text and phone messages. Months prior to our stay, I had inquired about taxi availability and was told by Lino that they were available. That was not the case. Even the 2 companies he provided once he contacted us during our stay would not come to Nesso. He did have a friend who was able to drive us...

"A special little spot in the lake with an even more special walk down curved cobblestone streets to a swimming spot. I wish i had been warned that the only restaurants/ places to get food within miles would be closed during our stay. Fortunately our gracious hosts supplied us with a bottle of wine and a box of pasta and jar of sauce! Not ideal but kept us from starving! Thank you!!!!"
