"The hotel was wonderful—quiet and comfortable. What touched me the most was when I lost a jacket. When I contacted the hotel, they quickly responded that they had found my jacket. The hotel customer service lady Ms. Valdimarsdottir not only reassured me not to worry but also asked for my detailed shipping address and said they would send my jacket out soon. Today, When I received my lost jacket from them, I also received their warmth and kindness."

"Very quaint, comfortable and cozy hotel. It is modest but with an old-school Icelandic taste. We had all we needed for a good stay. Our windows faced beautiful mountains and the area itself is a small charming fishing town. "

"House was beautiful and clean. However it does have mice. This would not have been an issue had we have known but only found out after the first night when they ate my chocolate which would not have been left out had we known. We also found droppings in the kitchen draws and fireplace behind which was a mousetrap! The facilites were good however we could not use the tv as did not have the code and the owner did not respond to multiple requests for it."
