Apartment Las Palmas 22B is located in the nice Oasis de Capistrano area in Nerja, with nice sea view from the terrace. And only 50 meter to the pool area and 700 meter to the famous Burriana Beach. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment is a charming 2 bedroom apartment with space for a total of 4 people. The terrace is in a southerly direction and has a nice sea view and has a lot of sun most of the day. The terrace has a dining furniture, and has a charcoal grill for cozy barbecue evenings on the terrace. There is a large awning on the terrace to get shade when desired. The living room has a dining area for 4 people as well as a sofa with TV and has access directly out to the terrace.

Oasis de Capistrano, where the apartment is located has a grand beautiful tropical garden which leads many to return year after year.

Nerja is an authentic and charming town with great views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture, and small hidden beaches and cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful scenery where you can both hike, bike, climb, dive, etc.. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. There are also excellent golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!

Amazing Month in Nerja
I can only say great things about this Condo! Convenient location, amazing view of the ocean. Sun on the patio most of the day. Short walk to grocery store,the beach, town center, main bus stop and Nerja caves. The grounds are beautiful with an abundance of flowering plants, shrubs, and green spaces all well maintained. Both pools are very nice. A must do is the Cave Bar, as short walk away. The Condo is clean and well appointed. We had no issues during our month stay. The owners were quick to respond to any of our questions. We only had one issue, that being, We should have stayed longer. You will not be disappointed

The property was all we expected. Only a couple of minor problems. Unable to work the TV. On arrival the entry code had not been changed from the previous renter. This was resolved by a quick late night phone call. Surprisingly there was no electric kettle in the apartment, also the toaster had broken foot. There was no key for pool access. Every thing else was of a very high standard.

Great terrace views
We had a lovely stay at this apartment, loved having the terrace and the view! Aircon in apartment was fantastic. Some signs of wear and tear in the apartment but nothing that effected our stay. Pools were very close and the maintenance of the gardens is great. We hope to visit again in the future.

22b was a nice apartment although it looks much more modern in the photos than it is in real life. Comfy & great location but could do with a fully equipped kitchen such as mugs/kettle & the bathroom needs work. Shower tray fills up half way through a short shower & you have to wait for it to go down again before continuing. It suited us for the holiday we were on (friends wedding)

Muy bonito pero incómodo
La urbanización y el apartamento son muy bonitos. La urbanización está totalmente en cuesta, lo que la hace muy incómoda, aunque las vistas son impresionantes. Además está bastante retirada de la playa y el camino andando es duro, tierra, piedras, cuesta y sol. El apartamento, además de bonito, estaba bastante limpio y muy completo. El mayor problema es que hay que ir a todos sitios en coche y se aparca fatal en todo Nerja.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man in den Ferien braucht.
Tolle Ferienwohnung. Schön eingerichtet. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Eisschrank, alles da. Sogar drei Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Große Terrasse, um die Abende zu genießen. Mehrere Pools in der Anlage. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.
