This completely renovated and well equipped apartment 205 is located in one of the most exclusive positions in Nerja, on the cliff top just 150 meters from Balcón de Europa. There is a communal swimming pool, opened all year round and available exclusively to owners and guests. Parking area in front of building with locked gate (key in apartment). No specific allocated parking slot.
From the balcony you have a view to the palm garden and mountain Cielo, which means heaven. The apartment offers what you need for a relaxing holiday, satellite TV with English programs (BBC, ITV, etc.) and broadband for Internet access, dish washer, washing machine and other amenities.

Nice apartment, perfect location
Another enjoyable week at this property. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need during your stay. Location is ideal for local transport, shopping with 3 supermarkets nearby. Only minutes away from the town centre and the Balcony. Near to good beaches for swimming. First rate accommodation and excellent host in Erica.

Excellent property and location
Our second visit to this property in Nerja. Excellent communication with the owner Erica, very helpful throughout. The apartment is well equipped and well situated, everything you need is within walking distance. The hiking/walks around Nerja are perfect for all and served by good bus routes. Definitely recommend this property.

This is the first part of a two stay holiday at this apartment. Erica, the host is very helpful and always provides excellent communication. The apartment as always is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. It is situated ideally with easy walking to all amenities and very near to the beach and Balcon. A clean tidy small apartment perfect for couple or two friends, beautiful pool area and views. Right in the center of everything with balcon area and beaches minutes walk. Erica is a fabulous host and helped us out when we had to change travel plans made our trip so special (which was for my friends 40th) thank you for all your effort Erica. 👌

Perfect Stay in Nerja
The apartment is small but perfect for two, with everything you need for a great vacation. Full kitchen and balcony for eating at home, loads of great restaurants just outside the door, a beautiful pool with very nice neighbors and an easy 5-10 minute walk to at least 3 fantastic beaches. And a parking space if needed! Erica was a great host, immediately addressing an electrical issue with no inconvenience to us. Nerja is a great beach town and this is a wonderful place to stay.

Amazing location
Traditional looking property with dark wood. Garden view with small sea view. Sun only in the mornings so the apartment stayed cool. Lovely and quiet but still in the centre of Nerja. Parking was a plus as we hired a car. All essentials there for cooking and cleaning. Host was amazing lots of communication and very accommodating. Plenty of drawer/wardrobe space. Beach chairs and umbrellas a huge plus.

Superb location, well described
Our first time in Nerja and we loved the town. Apartment is extremely well located, very safe and secure, walking distance to all amenities etc. The photos don't do the apartment justice, comfortable beds, main English TV channels. Kitchen is well equipped, we made several meals without trouble. Fridge freezer is a good size. Only drawback is balcony doesn't get sun (in Oct) but seaview is just possible. Overall very very happy with our week here. Erica communicates very well.

Location Location Location !
We have just spent a month at this very comfortable and well equipped apartment, located in one of the best possible positions in wonderful Nerja. There is a lovely communal garden, with large swimming pool ( a bit cold in November, but very refreshing !! ) all overlooking the beach. There is also ‘on site’ parking available, which is very rare in Nerja, and a great asset ( especially in the summer months ). The hosts Erica & Terry are very friendly, and they we’re always available to sort any issues. We have already booked the apartment again for next year.

Our stay in Nerja
We had a great stay in Ericas apartment. The apartment was well located, close to 3 beautiful beaches, the old town and some faboulous bars and restaurants. The description on the the website is very accurate and in our opinion the photos don't do it justice. The view of the garden from the balcony is perfect and rhe outdoor pool with great sea views is amazing. I will definitely return. Thank you Erica Anne do justice.

Appartement is gedateerd
Locatie is zeer dicht bij centrum en toch heel rustige qua omgeving en ook bij strand. Helaas tijdens ons verblijf was er sprake van erg luidruchtige bovenburen. Appartement is daarnaast ook zeer gehorig en ook erg gedateerd. Appartement mag een opknapbeurt hebben waardoor het verblijf aangenamer zal zijn. Ruikt nu wat muffig in het appartement. Maar zeker qua locatie , stranden en lekkere restaurantjes hebben we behalve de nachten erg genoten van de plasts Nerja

Buena vivienda para parejas
El edificio está a unos pocos minutos del Balcón de Europa, así como de la playa de Torrecilla. El apartamento está bien para parejas. Lo peor, supongo que en esta fecha es el aparcamiento, nosotros en cuanto conseguimos estacionar decidimos no mover el coche hasta la salida. Lo demás es aconsejable, calidad precio.

Tranquilidad y excente ubicación
Apartamento perfecto para una pareja, es muy tranquilo con un balcón que da al jardín y totalmente equipado. SItuado en el centro del pueblo, cercano a todas las posibilidades que te brinda Nerja y sin necesidad de coger el coche. El aparcamiento es escaso, pero se solventa alquilando una plaza de garage a un particular en el parking balcón de Europa a 5 minutos a pie. El trato con la propietaria ha sido excelente. Sin duda ha sido una buena elección y esperamos repetir experiencia.

Tolle Lage, sehr nette Vermieter
Sehr schöne zentrale Lage zum Ortszentrum. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Gepflegte Anlage mit toller Aussicht und sauberem Pool. Ferienwohnung mit umfangreicher Ausstattung bis hin zu Liegen für den Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
