Villa Maro 001 - Nerja

A small villa with incredible sea views!!

This is a charming cottage type villa, set in a stunning seaside location. You will enjoy a bird's-eye view of the coast from your balcony and from the private swimming pool. And it’s just a few minutes walk down to the beach! End the day with a barbecue at the secluded front patio or dine out at one of the lovely restaurants in Maro or nearby Nerja. This is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday on an idyllic location.



Location and outside area

Its location is tranquil, peaceful and the frontal sea views are just unbeatable. The adorable village of Maro is a 5 minute drive away, whilst cosmopolitan Nerja is only 5 minutes more. The beach is hidden away from the crowds and remains relatively quiet even in the summertime. At the private pool (3x5 m), situated on a lower level, a sun lounger invites you to lazy afternoons with a good book. For your outside dinners, the front patio with built-in barbecue is the ideal spot.

Please note: a rock slopes down from the balcony and pool area, so younger children will need supervision.



Inside and lay-out

All the rooms of this cottage are conveniently situated one the ground floor. The neat, open-plan dining/living room is very comfortable and decorated in a rustic style with an open fireplace, a dining table for 6, a sofa-bed, an armchair, and satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a vitro-hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms comprise one double and one twin bedroom, sharing a complete bathroom with WC, shower, and basin. There is also air conditioning and a safebox in the villa (both free of charge).

A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

Maro sea villa
Lovely location near the sea as well as good hiking locations. Near Nerja and Frigiliana, lovely white villages. The casa itself was clean, well-equipped and good communication with the host.

Lovely small villa with beautiful sea views. Had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen and built in barbecue. Very peaceful (apart from the odd barking dog). The balcony was the perfect place for a chilled glass of wine in the evening looking over the sea. Great location as the small village of Maro is close by and Nerja and Frigilana a short drive away. Nerja is a lovely town with great choice of restaurants and shops. The villa is perfect for a couple or small family.

Hervorragende Lage mit direktem Meerblick
Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus mitten im Naturschutzgebiet. Die Aussicht und der private Pool laden zum Entspannen ein. Zum Chillen genau der richtige Ort. Beim Weg zum Haus nicht ans Navigationsgerät halten, sondern den Anweidungen des Vermieters fogen. Das Haus ist typisch spanisch eingerichtet. Spülmaschine und Herd funktionieren, könnten allerdings mal erneuert werden. Doppelbett etwas klein für Personen über 1,80m. Zu beachten ist auch, dass aufgrund der Lage im Poolbereich oftmals ein recht starker Wind weht (Sonennschirm muss dann zu gemacht werden) und es ab Mittag dort keinen Schatten gibt. Allerdings ist die Lage unübertroffen. Ein Auto ist ein Muss um Einkäufe zu erledigen oder mal die Umgebung zu erkunden. In Nerja sind genug Supermärkte und Restaurants vorhanden.

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ist von einem schönen Bergpanorama umgeben. Von nahezu allen Stellen des Hauses ist das nur wenige Meter entfernte Meer zu sehen. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und beinhaltet sämtliche Gegenstände, die für den alltäglichen Bedarf benötigt werden. Sowohl die Hausübergabe als auch die Rückgabe waren bestens organisiert. Eine klare Empfehlung von unserer Seite!

Wir waren nun das dritte Mal hier, und es war wieder wunderbar. Drei Möglichkeiten sich aufzuhalten - und jeder Bereich hat etwas Einzigartiges: Vorne eine Blütenpracht, auf dem Balkon der Blick über das Meer und vom Pool aus die Sicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Traumhaft! Die Vermieter sind super, und mit Händen und Füßen und ein wenig Spanischkenntnissen kann man lustige Unterhaltungen führen. Quién sabe? Tal vez en otro año? :)

Wir waren das zweite Mal da, und wir erinnerten ...
Wir waren das zweite Mal da, und wir erinnerten uns, wie schön es schon vor zwei Jahren war (etwas später damals im Jahr). Dieses Mal hatten wir noch zusätzliches Glück, dass wir eine äußerst warme Wetterwelle erwischten, die uns den Pool (neben dem Meer) super genießen lassen konnte. Wann immer wir Fragen hatten, Casitas half uns stets weiter. Ansonsten: Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht - dazu noch drei Möglichkeiten, die schöne Landschaft zu genießen. Den Vorhof mit seinem Blick auf die Berge, der Poolbereich mit Blick auf Meer und Berge und nicht zuletzt der kleine Balkon, wo man gemütlich zu zweit den abendlichen Sonnenuntergang begehen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. :)

Vacances en famille PARFAITES. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances très reposantes dans cette villa en juillet. La maison est parfaite, elle a tout l’équipement nécessaire, la piscine est super agréable avec un point de vue exceptionnel! La terrasse est très agréable pour manger autour d’un barbecue et le balcon est mémorable pour ces petits déjeuners et coucher du soleil. La maison est parfaitement située, au calme, a l’abri des regards... De plus, le propriétaire est super gentil, très accueillant et à notre écoute. La maison était entretenue et impeccable à notre arrivée. Nos vacances ont été exceptionnelles, très reposantes, nous reviendrons sans hésitations. Je conseille vivement !

Oase van rust, prachtig uitzicht van alle gemakken voorzien! Subliem 👍
Waar kom je terecht? Hoe ziet de omgeving eruit? Hoe zijn de stranden? GEWELDIG! Het huis is vrijstaand met een terras in de schaduw en eentje in zon. Op het terras bij het prive zwembad hebben we ook eerlijk genoten van de ondergaande avond zon en het uitzicht over zee. Super romantisch. Verder waren de faciliteiten ook goed orde en was het huis (villaatje) van alle gemakken voorzien….. echt tot in details. Ook de stranden in de omgeving waren prachtig. We hielden vooral van de standen in de natuurlijke baaien. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en voelden ons volkomen relaxed. Bedankt Edith en Erik
