Casa Lola is a stunning detached, private villa with its own private infinity pool. It is located right on the edge of Nerja away from the busy, bustling centre & right opposite the beach which is only a four minute walk.
The panoramic sea and mountain views are the best you'll find in Nerja and the first word from most of our guests is usually "Wow!".
The villa has been extensively modernised in the last year to a very high spec & now includes a brand new private infinity pool overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean. The many new terraces for dining, lounging, BBQ'ing etc, affords families/groups ample privacy from each other, but also provides larger outdoor communal dining areas to come together.
The villa has a beautiful ground floor open plan Italian designer kitchen which includes a built in eye level dishwasher, built in microwave and built in steamer which is great for fish. The kitchen includes an electric oven & ceramic hob.
We supply many cooking & baking utensils including an electric mixer and two Raclettes machines, one old style and one new, plus an outdoor gas BBQ complete with BBQ utensils.
There is an indoor dining table & living area just off the kitchen with stunning views across the sea & the mountains. It includes an antique porthole window & an open fire.
This area also has a dedicated workspace where you can plug in your laptop & work away with the free wifi throughout.
Air-con is available throughout the whole villa. It also provides heat if necessary.

The main TV & living area on the first floor + a private roof terrace with dramatic sea & mountain views. A motorised awning has recently been installed on the roof terrace, almost turning it into another room at night. This terrace is loved by star-gazers!
Also on the 1st floor there are two double bedded bedrooms, one at the front of the villa with its own motorised awning, one at the back + a bedroom with bunk beds located at the side of the villa with its own doorway to an upper outdoor terrace. There is also a large double sofa bed in the upstairs living area.
We can supply a single fold up bed which can be used anywhere suitable, plus a travel cot and high chair free of charge for our youngest guests.
The recent renovations include 2 brand new wash rooms with new showers & furnishings upstairs + 1 separate toilet/sink room downstairs.
We operate a share system - when people leave toiletries behind eg., shower gels, shampoos etc., we pass them on to the next guests for their convenience. We also pass on dry foods if wanted & there are a multitude of spices, sauces etc., free for your use.
The villa has private parking via an enclosed garage plus an extra dedicated space right outside the main entrance. Parking can be very difficult to find in Nerja especially in the high season.
For those who don't wish to drive on their holiday, we work with a local transport company who can pick up large groups at the airport for a very reasonable price. The journey from Malaga airport only take 45 minutes which is brilliant considering the size of S Spain. The company we work with, usually hold your name up in the foyer or just outside the airport doors.
Our area has two hotels nearby with brilliant bookable restaurants, especially the closest one which is only three minutes walk from the villa.
There are a few bars within easy walking distance & most sell very good food. There is a snack bar nearby for easy lunches + a lovely restaurant on the beach (five minute walk) and some recently added Chiringuitos are dotted along the beach. They are usually very good for fish.
If you are not hiring a car, you can easily walk into the town centre via the main road or the beach which is our favourite walk & of course you can stop for a coffee along the way. It only takes about 20/25 minutes to reach the centre of town.
A very regular bus service stops on the road outside the villa twice an hour for those who don't wish to walk into town. It is approx one euro per person.
After a very busy first year since the renovations, we are now accepting bookings for the high season of 2024 & we expect it will once again be very busy since we already have some bookings confirmed.
