The ever-popular Burriana Beach with its main restaurants, bars and beachwear is just a 5-minute walk away, while the exciting center of Nerja with its famous "Balcon de Europa", where you will find a fantastic range of shops, bars and restaurants is about a 10 minute walk. The house is located in a very quiet but very popular residential area in the Parador area and has secure entrance gates that provide maximum peace and security. The house has a wonderful private and enclosed garden to the south with sun loungers and dining table. The shared community pool is less than 15 meters away from the house.
About the property; On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc. Next to the kitchen you will find the toilet. The living room has two leather sofas, a flat screen TV with many Spanish and International channels (British, French, German & Scandinavian channels) and a dining table for up to six people. With the large sliding glass doors you open up to the paved private and enclosed garden.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with air conditioner units in both room and a bathroom;
(1) The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm), chest of drawers and a built-in large wardrobe.
(2) The second bedroom has two single beds (2 * 90cm), chest of drawers and a built-in large wardrobe. In addition and if needed, there is also an extra folding bed.
The bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, sink and shower.
On the second floor there is a sun terrace to the south with a sofa lounge set and a roof pergola. In winter (December-January) the sun shines between 09:00 and 16:00 on this roof terrace (in winter you will enjoy the sun better on the roof terrace than in the garden) and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or nice lunch in the sunshine.
If you want to explore the area and the region and consider renting a car during your stay, please note that around the house on street parking is available, but the availability (finding a park spot can be very challenging, especially in summer). To avoid the hassle of finding any available parking, we can arrange a private garage directly next to the community entrance for those interested guests being interested (EUR 50 per week).
