The Compound in Bradley Park! Beach & Entertainment!

Welcome to the Compound! A single family home with a large detached garage, converted into a game room. You have everything all to yourself! New to Vrbo but I will not disappoint. Great centralized location. Within a couple miles of all the best restaurants, beaches and nightlife that Asbury Park, Bradley Beach and Belmar have to offer. Stocked with all the essentials and more for a comfortable worry free stay.

Open concept ranch style home with a basement. It's carefully curated with everything you need including fresh clean linens, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, hair dryer, iron and much more. The home is professionally cleaned after each visit and is landscaped once a week. High speed WIFI. I thought hard so you don't have to. The living room and garage both have 65 inch smart TV's. The primary bedroom has a 55 inch smart TV. Both bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, full body mirrors and plenty of closet space. The entertainment station under the TV in the living room is packed with games and books for entertainment. I paid special attention to the ambiance and lighting around the home. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel cookware, dinnerware, utensils, glasses, mugs, salt, pepper oil and vinegar. The kitchen also includes a coffee bar stocked with coffee. Ice maker and water filter. There's a park directly across the street. I included backpack beach chairs and beach towels. I set this home up exactly how I would want it. I know you will enjoy your stay here!

*There is a ring doorbell and 2 ring floodlight cameras in the backyard. This is for security purposes only and are not actively monitored. Absolutely no indoor cameras.

*There is a friendly squirrel named Randy who likes to hang out at the Compound. He's harmless but sometimes doesn't finish his lunch. So if you find a grilled cheese or an eggo waffle in the yard it's probably his.
