"The customer service at this hotel was amazing. Matild at the front desk was always ready to help us; with early check-in, dinner reservations, directions, and booking a river cruise. I'd highly recommend this hotel as they clearly value their customers. The hotel has a great location in the city and it's easily walkable to public transportation. They have coffee and water always available in the lobby, as well as a connected parking garage. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was soft and there were plenty of pillows available. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and plenty of hot water in the waterfall shower. "

"The hotel is in a prime and enviable location on the Danube, directly opposite the Royal Palace, near the Chain Bridge, tram and metro stations and with easy access to all of Budapest's main attractions. My "Premium Room" bedroom was very large and well appointed - its bathroom with excellent shower, was slightly small scale but had everything one would need. The view from the room was spectacular and was in pole position to witness breathtakingly beautiful sunsets.The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast choices more than plentiful and well presented. My only, somewhat trivial, comments are that the bed pillows are too soft (but if I'd asked, I could probably have had them changed) and on a few occasions (mainly weekend) the dining room at breakfast was hectic. Overall, an hotel I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to stay in again."
