"Wonderful hotel, spacious premium rooms, great buffet breakfast. Our only issue was the function below our room with a very loud band that reverberated throughout the entire hotel until around 10pm. The management, however, accommodated us the best they could, and i would easily return to stay again. "

"M a regular at ur hotel n had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless, n the staff were incredibly friendly n welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, n all the amenities were well-maintained. That said, I do feel that the pricing is on the higher side. As a regular customer who enjoys staying here, I was hoping for a bit of a reward or discount for returning. It would be great to see some sort of loyalty program or special rate for returning guests to make it more appealing to keep coming back. "Nice room in a lovely, quiet location. The restaurant was excellent, offering cooked-to-order food. "

"Overall good. However, it could have been better if following things were looked at the owner. 1. Room door does not shut automatically 2. Bathroom door does not shut 3. Space in the room where the safe deposit box is situated needs attention. The door of this space does not shut and therefore, light does not switch off, not good especially when one tries to sleep at night. 4. There is a roller blind on the window, which still allows light onto the room from sides. This could be improved by proper blind."

"In this high dry & hot weather, I was allotted a room without AC at the top 4th floor, where the ceiling fan was blowing hot air through out the night. Horrible sleep less night experience for ever."
