"We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Delphi. This is a gem of a place! It has the best location right next to a bus stop that will take you to the best beaches on the island, round the corner is the nicest bakery you have ever been to and a simple local supermarket. If that is not enough there are many fabulous Greek Tavernas and lovely bars to visit and the wonderful Hovolos Beach just 5 minutes walk away. "You do not expect luxury for the price but our room was very different to the light and cheerful rooms advertised online - we booked a studio room which was dark and gloomy, had harsh artificial lights, a broken bed (which was fixed during the stay), and a very tired and old bathroom. The shower curtain did not allow you to shower without flooding the whole bathroom. Wifi was slow and patchy. Our outside seating was at the end of the line and litter had blown down from other rooms and was not...

"We stayed in one of the two top floor apartments, the one with the very large outside terrace. This was equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. We asked if it was possible to have towels for the sunbeds and these were provided. The terrace is shaded and has a beautiful view of the sea and harbour. Apartment is newly fitted and everything very clean. Maid came in each day to clean, make the bed, empty bins etc. Sheets were changed every other day. Kitchen area was great for preparing breakfast...

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is beautiful! You do have to walk up a hill, so not accessible if you are not physically able, but someone did meet us at the port and took our bags- which was very helpful. We had to leave 1 day early due to the Ferry’s striking on the day we were set to leave, but the owner did offer for us to stay a day later for free. "

"We booked this property for end of September 2024 based on the reviews we read and we liked the look of the pool area. We was not disappointed. The staff were excellent and every request was met with a speedy response and the hotel was very clean. The pool was great with stunning views. However, to have these views you have to be prepared to climb some hills. Yes it was hard work but well worth the effort as the view is simply beautiful. It was around a10min walk into Skiathos town which is easy as downhill and about 5mins to the small beach with its lovely Tavernas. In the evenings we would get a taxi back from the town which cost around 10 euros from the harbour. We had breakfast included and it was basic and was served in the breakfast room. Coffee was great. The pool bar was limited but reasonably priced. Food was great offering a fantastic Thai menu and the usual salads, burgers and snacks you would expect. In summery, this was great value and very relaxing. We will definitely be returning and special thanks to the team for looking after us so well. "

"Fantastic stay at Elivi. Facilities were fantastic and the hotel grounds are stunning. Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool. The restaurants were great, only negative was that the restaurants were very empty for dinner but that was more because it was end of season. Only criticism was that the bars by the beaches closed at 6pm and we wanted to sit with a drink and watch the sunset but no bars open. Again, think this is different in peak times. Overall, fabulous stay. A little expensive but fully worth it for pure luxury and relaxation. "
