"Villa is in a lovely location above Stoupa. It is a 10 minute walk down to Central stupa with its restaurants and bars, but you hear nothing in Villa The pool is lovely with a shallow area and a deeper section 1.6m. It was really good for family messing about. The bedrooms have air-conditioning, which works well and the upstairs balcony is lovely, very cool in the mornings. "We just came back from a 6 -day holiday in Skala with our 3 children (19, 16, 11) and we had an amazing time. The house, the setting, the beach, the facilities...everything is just perfect. I would highly recommend this house for a family with older kids or a group of friends. So if you are looking for calm, access to your own deserted sandy beach, family time., your own pool/table tennis/volley ball court...this is the place ! The difficult road to access the property is a very small price...

"The location is good, as others have said and we love the Mani. But there is only one bathroom, not two and we expected two. A previous review states this so they should have responded. The internet was so slow we could not watch any films or work so had to use own data. Fixable issues. Final straw was planned roadworks sll along road, causing noise and dust everwhere all holiday. The water pressure reduced to a dribble for 2 days. Pipe work which is not unexpected but has to be agreed- owners...
