Winter is a great time to visit Nelson! Enjoy our tremendous snowy view of Elephant Mountain and the Kootenay River. Walk to the Whitewater Ski Resort shuttle; our cute, historic and eclectic downtown, the Mall or Lakeside Park all within minutes. If you fly into the Spokane International Airport, there is a shuttle that will take you to Nelson. No need for a car!

The kitchen is stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, double hot plate, kitchen table with two chairs, French press with local organic coffee, and lots of cooking and serving ware. We even stock maple syrup, real cream for your coffee and hot sauce!

There is always a lot going on in Nelson. The weekend nights are quite lively downtown. Best to walk as parking is scarce.
