Baker Street Central - Balcony With Incredible Mountain View

BAKER STREET LODGE - 2 brand new condominium units right in the heart of downtown Baker Street available for short term rentals. Both architecturally designed 2 bedroom units are made available for use individually or combining them for larger groups. The convenience of being located directly up the stairs from our dynamic Baker Street, only steps to amazing shopping, great restaurants, brew pubs and nightclubs, coffee shops makes these units ultra convenient for tourists, and locals alike.
Our building is the first Baker Street building that has added a new floor since the 1960's. These are not renovated condo's but completely new structures added to the 100 year old single storey building. They are complete with all modern designs and styles. The Baker Street side condo - Unit A - has a 24 x 4 foot deck looking out on the street. The Alley side condo - Unit B - has a 12 x 19 foot deck with incredible views of the famous Pulpit Rock, Flagpole trail and Elephant Mountain. Both decks have Weber Natural Gas Barbques. Both units also have 1 king bed in master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. We also offer 1 cot for an additional $10.00 per night if required.

Great condo in a great location
Spacious 2 bedroom condo right in downtown Nelson. Really well appointed and perfect for the 4 of us. Only downside was all the stairs.

Loved the location but was unaware of a homeless tent camp about 3 blocks away, and we have 3 kids under 12. They didn’t bother us and no negative interactions with the transients at all.

You can’t ask for a better location! We were in town for a soccer tournament and we walked all over town and even to the soccer fields. Beautiful back patio to sit and have a drink or grill some dinner. Easy check in and check out process and wonderful communication with host. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful condo in the heart of Nelson
This is a very clean, very safe, well appointed condo in the heart of Nelson. Great communication with the owners, no problems at all checking in and out. Condo is perfect for a family or 2 couples. Can leave your car and walk the amazing town of Nelson. Shops, restaurants, coffee, and groceries are only steps away. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends & family.

We stayed at Baker St condo as a base to ski Whitewater. We loved the convenience of the apartment and the effort Pat and Sue have made to set it up . I cannot think of a thing that has been overlooked . Nelson is a wonderful town, and the apartment is in the most perfect position to explore all that Nelson has to offer

Beautiful 2 Bedroom
My family and I spent 4 nights at Pat & Sue’s and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is brand new and beautiful. There was lots of room for the three of us and we were very comfortable staying here. The only note I would make is that there are lots of stairs in the condo which made it difficult packing luggage in and out and parking was a half of block away so if you have mobility issues this condo may not work for you. But otherwise, it’s very central and we were in a great location right on Baker’s Street. We would absolutely stay here again!

Poor Parking especially to load and unload vehicle. Two sets of stairs to carry up supplies. Very noisy between 6 and 8 in morning, supply trucks in lane. BBQ was very dirty. House needs a deep clean. Had to pay extra for the dog that we were not made aware of prior to payment. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Could have used a few more dishes for 5 people. Otherwise good stay.

A Beautiful Gem in Downtown Nelson - we will definitely be back!!
I would definitely recommend this location, even though selfishly I don’t want the world to know so it’s available to book! This is a very stylish and comfortable apartment, and it was very convenient to just walk down the stairs onto Baker Street! We had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have the kids bedroom at the backend so we could enjoy some quiet time at night.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Nelson at this property. Right in the heart of downtown, near shopping , breweries and good restaurants!! The property is loaded with amenities and well appointed. Love the large deck space. Be prepared for some stairs to get your luggage up. But once in, you will love it!!!😊
