Located in the heart of Nelson Bay in a residential complex is where you will find Tomaree Townhouse, this complex falls under the Strata act for noise and party complaints. An easy walk to the hub of Nelson Bay where you will find top quality restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping.   The townhouse is two storey with all the living areas downstairs and four bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.

Providing a large, air conditioned, open plan living/dining area with free WI-FI, very well equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities, dishwasher and family size fridge/ freezer and the convenience of having a powder room and internal laundry with top loader washing machine and dryer also located downstairs.    

Upstairs there are four bedrooms with the main bedroom having an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity and split system air conditioner, there is also a three way bathroom with a bath and shower area, toilet area and vanity area. The owners have provided a beautiful cot in the main bedroom so your baby will be safe and sound, they have also provided a babies bath for your convenience.

There is a fully enclosed courtyard with an undercover entertaining area with gas BBQ facilities, double lockup garage with internal access.

There are restrictions on the noise made by guests in a residential area.

Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:

Not happy with the money that we paid no toilet paper and sheets re had to bring ourselves or get charged $200 it was not clear in the advertisement when I booked air conditioner no clean also we got the and someone was parked in our spot rang McGrath agent and she said go ask the neighbour to remove the car not very professional

Great locale with nice big communal chill out space
We rented this property for a group of staff for a sporting event in Nelson Bay. The massive couch, big dining table, outdoor chill space and BBQ were all amazing things to come back to each day after day in the sun. Nice and quiet neighbourhood for some good rest each night. Not our first time at this location and won't be our last!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quite humid during the week we stayed so the air conditioners both downstairs and upstairs helped a lot. There was creepy noises at night coming from downstairs which was weird but other than that we loved that it was close to everywhere.

Great Location
Property is in prime location within walking distance to the main street of Nelsons bay. Property is spacious and well maintained. While the place was generally clean, you could tell that it had not been deep cleaned after the last guest (oven and floors not properly cleaned) with a number of cockroaches in the property too. The red and yellow bin was completely full from previous guest with additional rubbish left next to the bins for us to add in when bins collected. This left us no way to dispose of rubbish from 6 adults and 5 kids! Also, in pictures there appears to be a grassed area which we were hoping to have for the kids to play however this has since been concreted which was disappointing. site should be updated to reflect.

Im coming back for sure!!
Very clean and neat with fantastic location! Only thing is neighbours seemed very unfriendly. Even took photos few times of our children when they were outside playing handball during bright lunchtime. But the rest were perfect!!

Great for the whole family
The property was in a great location and close to shops dining options and beaches. It's a really spacious place that fitted us all comfortably. The only issue is there is no remote for the garage so you have to manually lift and close each time.
