Situated directly across from child-friendly Little Beach, which hosts perfect swimming conditions for families young and old, Unit 8 Florentine is located an easy 15-minute walk into the heart of Nelson Bay, a short walk to Shoal Bay.

Located on the first floor, with stunning uninterrupted water views, Unit 8 boasts three generous bedrooms. The master bedroom has stunning water views, Air conditioning, television, large ensuite with corner spa bath, toilet, and separate vanity area plus direct access to the balcony to allow the natural sea breeze to flow through. The second and third bedrooms have capacity for two people in each.

The open plan living dining area has Air conditioning, Smart TV and unlimited WiFi, and opens out onto the alfresco dining area where you can sit back, relax, and take in the stunning views.

There is a second living area with a TV: a perfect place for the kids to enjoy their own space.

The property provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher,fridge, microwave, coffee machine and large bench space to prepare meals. There is a BBQ on the balcony.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet and the property provides an internal laundry with top loader washing machine, dryer, and single secure undercover parking. A lift will take you straight from the parking garage to your floor.

Relax on the large deck surrounding the Florentine’s sunny pool, read a book on your balcony or head across the road to drop a line into water: it is difficult to imagine a more perfect location to enjoy your next holiday.

Little Beach is home to Little Beach Boathouse where you can sit back and have a cocktail while watching the sun set, or venture upstairs to experience fresh modern Australian cuisine of superb cooked local produce.

In addition to Nelson Bay’s beautiful restaurants, you are also within a short walk to the Shoal Bay Country Club, Atmos Greek Restaurant and the Diggers Club.

Little Beach Reserve provides free BBQ and picnic table facilities, public toilets, and a boat ramp. You might even see a dolphin swim past

The complex also has a lift that goes from the parking straight to your door - no stairs to worry about
