Coastal Vibes in Nelson Bay is a newly renovated coastal style 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, holiday home with a touch of luxury. Set with four large bedrooms, all with built ins, 2 with ensuites plus an additional main bathroom, 3 bathrooms in total, a large outdoor alfresco area, you cannot miss the opportunity to experience a family friendly holiday, with a touch of style. We guarantee once you have tried you will be back for more! Suitable for two families to holiday together.
Set in a peaceful cul-de-sac, tranquility and luxury exudes throughout this property. Within walking distance or short bike ride to the swimming beaches of Shoal Bay beach and little beach, within a short walk to restaurants, cafes, pubs and clubs, gift shops, convenience stores, BBQ and picnic areas galore, take a dolphin or whale watch cruise from d'albora marina, choose which direction you wish to venture, set between Nelson Bay and Shoal bay, there is so much to see and do, we guarantee that you won’t be disappointed!

Our owners have spared nothing when they thought about the best the holiday market has to offer. Complete with quality furnishings, fittings, and appliances throughout.
Coastal Vibes in Nelson Bay offers four bedrooms (all with built in robes), with enough ceiling fans throughout the entire home to circulate the sea breeze throughout the house on a warm summer’s afternoon, there is absolutely no need for an air conditioner. There is a full open plan kitchen, set with brand new, quality appliances, dining and 2 living areas, one for the Adults and the other for the kids to get together, complete with luxury furniture and furnishings, smart tv and free Wi-Fi, this property is large enough to cater for you all, including two ensuites, and a main bathroom.
The main living room leads to a large undercover alfresco dining area at the rear with BBQ, outdoor furniture and a huge fully enclosed back yard for the kids to play a game of cricket.

Bedroom 1 Master – King bed plus large walk-in robe and ensuite
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed – plus ensuite
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed
Bedroom 4- Tri Bunk (double bed with single bed above) and single trundle bed

All beds are made ready for your stay, prior to arrival with quality linen, including bath towels.
Located close to the heart of Shoal Bay, within 10 minutes’ walk to the crystal-clear waters and pure white sands of Little Beach and Shoal Bay’s swimming beach and the iconic Country Club, with Fingal surf beach, zenith and box beach, just a 5-minute drive away, from the front door of Coastal vibes in Nelson Bay.
There’s lots to do; watch the sunset from the jetty, at Shoal Bay, take a coastal walk around the scenic Tomaree Headlands, go surfing at one of the local surf beaches; Fingal Bay Beach, Zenith and Box Beach which are all within walking distance of the front door.
There is plenty of off street and on the street parking in the driveway plus a secure double lock up garage with internal access to store your bikes, scooters, boating or surf gear. The large fully enclosed landscaped back yard is perfect for the children to run around, kick a ball and play safely.
Other inclusions provided for your enjoyment is a full kitchen with pantry, stocked well with quality pans and kitchenware for those who love to cook, quality appliances including a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, bar stools to sit up at the breakfast bench. The large laundry has a washing machine, the open plan lounge rooms are both complete with brand new, lounges and furniture, smart TV with unlimited Wifi; a stunning dining table, with enough seating for you all to enjoy a family meal.
