Unit 23, is a family friendly, ground floor unit with easy access to the beach and 5 acres of parkland for kids to enjoy while you relax on the patio to enjoy the beauty of the area.
This is a spacious, air conditioned open plan living area with TV, DVD/ CD player along with a selection of DVD to view, a section of board games for the family and a quite reading corner with an array of books to choose from, the dining area enjoys views over the parklands to the water with a modern family size table and breakfast bar to the kitchen, the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, complete cooking facilities , family size fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals, and a gas BBQ on the patio with outdoor table and chairs.
A short walk across the grass from your ground floor unit and you are at ‘Little Beach’ with a popular grassed picnic area, free BBQ's, toilet facilities and play ground, a safe beach, great for kids to explore, swim and play (we have some beach toys for the kids enjoyment) also the beach is good for a spot of fishing.
If a relaxing coffee is what you’re after take a short walk up to the famous ‘Inner Light Tea Room’ with fresh scones and coffee whilst taking in the breathtaking water views of Port Stephens or relax with a drink on the deck at the Boathouse Marina.
Bay Parklands is definitely the ideal location to allow for easy walks into Nelson Bay Marina and shops, along the beach to Shoal Bay or just wander through the Fly Point Nature Reserve. The best of both worlds is within ten-minute walking distance, choice of either fish & chips and dine by the water or Diggers Club where you can get an a la carte or buffet meal. Take a ferry to Tea Gardens or organize a whale watching cruse. All this and more is at your fingertips.
The main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with ceiling fan and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom has a Tri-Bunk (double under and single above) with a single bed and pedestal fan. The main bathroom has a bath and shower in one room, separate vanity area with hair dryer and separate toilet area. An internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and provides a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Bay Parklands is spread over 5 acres of manicured lawns and beautiful gardens. Plenty of room to play ball games and explore the area. There is a solar heated pool, tennis court and spa with table tennis table. Unit 23 provides tennis racquets and balls, bats and balls for the ping pong table for your enjoyment.

The complex provides parking for two cars, one secure undercover car space plus one open space on site – (suitable for a small boat parking)

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
