The Cottage:

PLEASE NOTE:
Exterior Security Camera + Motion Lights: There are motion detector lights and a camera installed on the garage. Upon arrival at night, the motion lights will activate aiding in visibility while unloading.

Security Deposit + Rental Agreement - After making your reservation, you will receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and schedule your security deposit through our management system, Owner Rez. Completing both of these items is required, and will confirm the terms and conditions of your stay. The security deposit is a "hold" on your card; nothing will be charged unless damage occurs. This hold will be scheduled two days before check-in and auto-released five days after check-out.
