"Loved the place but the room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor and not only was there no elevator but the stair case was very narrow and difficult to bring the luggage up. We still loved it and understand the way it is looks better so it’s not a con, just think it’s good to know, specially for people traveling with small children like we did. "

"Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. The coat rack fell out of the wall, there was a missing magnifying mirror in the bathroom (just a post coming out of the wall with nothing attached). I was hoping for better for the price and the...

"Hotel is really good for a business stay. They have a strange policy on Breakfast delivery, all to the room because of corona which is fine, but you must specify a window of time. I don't mind that but both mine and my colleagues were late, both days. If you're ordering order earlier is the moral of the story. Otherwise good hotel. "

"The location of this hotel near the Nürburgring Grand Prix track which is perfect for race fans, especially on an event weekend. The hotel has an amazing race theme, and food is great! The only issue with the hotel was that the bathroom didn't have a door, but otherwise an amazing hotel."

"Wir waren bei unserer Ankunft erschrocken über den Zustand des Objektes! Es ist nicht - wie beschrieben - renoviert und saniert, sondern sanierungsbedürftig. Es war in einem Zustand, dass wir erstmal eine Stunde geputzt und jedes Geschirr, das wir nutzen wollten, gespült haben. "Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). "

"Wir sind mit unserer ganzen Familie (10 Erwachsene 6 Kinder) übers Wochenende dort gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig und vor allem absolut sauber.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ebenfalls einwandfrei und durchweg freundlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst und kommen gerne nochmal wieder."
