"Newly renovated, clean, comfy, cute, conveniently located.Had a couple of minor technical problems on the first day due to my lack of familiarity with the municipal WiFi service and the streaming television, but Charmaine was responsive and patient, and got me straightened out right away. Customer service is the most important part of a business relationship and Charmaine excels in that area."
