This property is not available for long term rental, all stays are capped at two months maximum, the nightly rate applies for all bookings minus any discounts or promotions for stays one month or longer.

All bookings made for stays in January include complimentary breakfast for two on Patsy's Coffeeshop sea deck.

Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The property is available to a maximum of 4 guests of the same party.
