"Economic stop along the turnpike. Place was clean and not noisy like you might expect, being so close to the highway. Traveling solo as a woman, I felt safe here. The external entries are well lit without being intrusive in the room itself. The young gents at the desk were personable and professional. My dates somehow got screwed up in the booking process and they had no problem making it right (was supposed to be a last minute, same night stay as I still had a while to drive and was too tired to continue) my one and only complaint is the mattress, while functional and did the job, wasn't the most comfortable. Will likely make this our normal turnpike stop for future trips, when needed. "

"Beautiful hotel! It was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Autumn. Pool - spacious, perfect indoor temp, towels available, tables, chairs, jacuzzi, and bathroom, open 8am-11pm. 5 stars Room - Dove products, comfortable mattress & bedding, all of the essential except a safe. 5 stars Free breakfast - delicious food, friendly & attentive staff, comfortable seating area. 5 stars. Other amenities - small gym, sundry shop, free WIFI, close to a few restaurants & gas stations"

"We spent the weekend and loved it! Surpassed expectations! So well thought out and the treats like s'mores supplies were lovely. The attention to detail was superb. Highly recommend for the perfect couples getaway! There are several small country roads to get to the cabin, so if you’re not used to, they can be a little intimidating. But, loved our entire stay! Thank you! "

"Pleasantly surprised to find this little gem off the road from a long trip. It was clean, staff friendly and even made jokes. Breakfast area is small, looked good. We ate at a local restaurant in town and love Berkley Springs. It was a fun stop over on business trip."

Cute room, very clean and quiet. The only staff we saw was a friendly bartender briefly for the key and pin, so I rated that as “average”. "
