Broken air conditioning
"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way!
Breakfast: good
New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying !
We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "
