" Title: Fantastic Stay with Beautiful Sea Views and Great Service I recently stayed at Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was absolutely fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious options every day. The room was very comfortable and came with an incredible sea view that added a relaxing ambiance to our stay. The hotel itself is very well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that cater to comfort and relaxation. The staff at the hotel were exceptional—polite, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or needs. Special thanks to the lady manager who stepped in to resolve an issue with my booking. Although I booked through Expedia, wasn’t informed hotel that the booking didn’t account for my child, and the hotel initially requested an additional fee. Fortunately, the manager handled it professionally and efficiently, allowing us to enjoy our stay without further issues. One word of caution: be careful when booking through Expedia. I tried to contact them about the discrepancy, but received no response. Based on my experience, it might be better to book directly with the hotel to avoid any confusion. Overall, Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful beachside retreat with excellent service, food, and views!"

"The overall service is out of this world starting from the security staff, the front desk reception, bell boys and everyone else. The attached restaurant and the choices of food are amazing. "I have blown away by the exceptional level of customer service provided by the hotel management and front of house staff in arranging everything to make our stay an amazing one. Beds were super comfy and amazingly quiet as opposed to creaky noisy ones at other hotels. Lekha and the Hotel Technician(I think his name is Gopan) helped us with storing my daughters feeding bags in the required trmperature and i am very grateful to both in going an extra mile in supporting us. Break fast and other meals at their restaurant were very tasty. There is always a good selection of items. Staff is very professional and polite. "
