"The property was very nice and clean. It is very comfortable and close to the water. My advice is bring mosquito spray for sure. The fishing pier was convenient though it seems like it has seen some better days, it is narrow and missing railings so I would be hesitant to let little ones run amok or for that matter imbibe to much because it is the ultimate sobriety test. We did catch fish even though the weather wasnā€™t exactly cooperative. There is a convenience store/bait shop/cafe very close...

"This nice property is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Our family got together for the Lamar University Homecoming Game and a birthday celebration. The house fit our group perfectly, and we all had an enjoyable weekend. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We hope to stay here again!"
