"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, apartment was dirty, bugs in bed, bathroom fan full of dirt, mold in bathroom and bedroom, washing machine had slime in it. We moved to another hotel . The property manager refused to refund. DISGUSTING PLACE."

"Not what I paid for. The accommodation I booked several weeks in advance was not available when I arrived and was taken to a room with just a bed in it, in the renters own house, which was in a mess as it was being done up. I was not even given a key so the house was not secure at any time. I even had to ask to borrow a towel. I paid for two nights in advance but lady after one night as the place was so awful. "

"We stayed with daughter, son in law and granddaughter and it was perfect. We all had our own bathroom and plenty of room in the lounge area. 20 mins walk into village and fantastic farm shop. We went on the light railway from the village to Wells by Sea and back and granddaughter was so excited. We had a lovely chillout family week and can recommendthis cottage.."

Everything was made easy for us from start to finish, we cooked a couple of nights and ell the equipment was there, so much attention to detail. "Ideal, modern apartment for a couple wanting a short break to explore Norfolk by car or bike. Lots of NT, EH and private gardens/properties within easy travel distance. Well stocked but rather pricy farm shop on site. Apartment is on first floor up quite steep stairs so not ideal for all. Kitchen equipment a little basic but adequate. We didn't see the owners at all hence 3 stars for commuications."

"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...
