"We stayed at Soleado Luxury Villas with our family & it was a great escape. We were surprised by a large tray of tiropites and spanakopites the first morning we woke up. Natasha was amazing & very attentive to anything we required. We highly recommend staying at Soleado Villas. Room service threw away a packet of pills of mine and when confronted they acted defensive instead of helping and insisted that all they do in the room is change towels which they didn’t even do. Came back to the room the next day and they threw more things out and moved all of our things. Toilet didn’t even flush , you have to mop after you shower. Safe to say the hotel experience brought down our holiday a lot"
