"All the staff serving were very friendly, welcoming and professional. The cleanliness was of the highest quality. The breakfast was very delicious and freshly prepared. The pool was clean and safe. The massage and spa services were excellent. Th security was paramount. Visit Panorama park and experience it for yourself."

"We had a wonderful and enjoyable two-night stay at Sopa Resort. The grounds are beautifully populated with calm zebras, waterbucks, and giraffes, which makes them easy to photograph. "Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again."

"What a great place! A lot of historic charm and wildlife on the grounds - the staff were amazingly kind and gracious. Reception team was warm and welcoming. Excellent hot showers. In passing conversation, my husband mentioned that the Lake Naivasha Country club was where he proposed to me 25 years ago. The operations manager Danep somehow noted this and a few hours later at dinner arranged to have a beautiful cake made that said "marry me again". It was such a thoughtful touch! We will definitely be back!"

"Overall we had a pleasant stay. When we arrived they could not find our reservation, this does not surprise me because it was hard booking a room online or getting someone to respond to my emails. I finally booked a room on Expedia yet they still did not see my reservation. However, the staff was kind and did give us a room, we only had to wait a few minutes. There is no iron in the room so make sure you are prepared for that. There are also no wash clothes provided. And mostly there is going to be just 1 towel in the room. The cost of the room does include meals and the food was good. The stay was nice and the staff is friendly and helpful."
