"The room was spacious as expected however, there was a sewage smell in the bath, very poor lighting in the room making it difficult to make up, each day the room service forgets to provide soap, tissues, towels and water and argue with you about it. On one occasion it took almost 1 hour 30 minutes and I was at the verge of having a medical emergency as I had to take my medication but there was not water provided as usual. The room service was arguing with me about it. Absolutely insane. The breakfast service was less than average. There's a need for a lot of improvement."
