"We had a difficult time with checking in. At first we could not find anyone or even the front desk. The instructions say to go to the front desk but it was closed even though we were within the open hours. We didn’t get great instructions when checking in and had trouble with the locks. The property is stunning but a long way from any amenities. Not walkable to any restaurants. Too far to walk. also check in is not until 5pm so you lose a day waiting around with your luggage staff do not turn up until 5 pm on the dot the rest of the time it is like the Marie Celeste. It was clean and comfortable but lacked any personality would not stay there again."
