Dolores and Marcial were great to deal with and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, meeting us from the airport, explaining the security, television etc.etc. Great holiday with no complaints. "Fit out, style and size of the apartment were excellent and a good location on the water in Arrecife. There were a few things I felt were missing given this markets itself as a "boutique" apartment. There was only one mug and only 1 towel each, there was no soap or towel in the second bathroom. I didn't get any check in instructions and had to chase these but even when I got them they were very short and didn't really say anything about the apartment or facilities. "The apartment is in a lovely private complex and the outlook with seaview, pool view, lovely terrace and furniture were great. You're very central walking 150m youre on the promenade at Plata Bastian, 7-8 min walk through a cut you're in the square, 5 min to supermarket etc. Host was avaluable for questions and we were met by local lady for check in. Cant fault these points but..... The apartment is in need of TLC and as regular apt hirers this one was poor by comparison to others in the town....

"Central location, with beach nearby and easy access to cafes/bars/restaurants. Swimming pool small & not many sunbeds around it, always reserved by towels first thing in morning. Apartments basic but have all you need, bring own hair dryer or you can hire from reception. Safe available to hire €2.50 a day. Cleanliness is to a high standard! Staff are very friendly and work hard. If poor mobility request ground floor, as lots of steps up to first floor apartments."

"Perfect location,tidy and bright.Bathroom was clean but the shower drain area was partially blocked and appeared to back up into the shower at times. In addition, the washing machine got stuck mid cycle and would not finish a cycle,remaining impossible to open again.Representative was late by 45 minutes on our arrival."

"Great apartment with everything you need for your stay in Puerto Del Carmen. Fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine and more! Nice little touches like milk, water and even biscuits left for your arrival. Not too far from the main drag and the beach but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet this apartment offers. Florence is a pleasure to deal with and we will be back! "
