"We had a fantastic stay - the hotel is clean, modern, with a good array of services including 24hr room service. The hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring Malta with St Julian’s and the Sliema ferry to Valletta just short walks away. Massage at the Spa was very good, although Spa area was a little basic in terms of facilities (just a pool, sauna, and non-working steam room). Staff generally very friendly, but not universally (but we found this across Malta in general). Great hotel, great location, and would definitely stay again!"

"We have stayed here a number of times, it is a large local hotel and they do cater weddings and events. Sometimes they do have large groups of students and large groups from France and Germany. Please dont let that put you off. The hotel is vast and the staff are well equipt to deal with all of this seemlessly. We always feel comfortable and welcome and enjoy our stay. There are two outdoor pools and one is adults only. There is a spa with an indoor pool which also has sea views. There are 4 restaurants so you have a great choice of where to eat. Located across the bay from St Pauls and Buggiba you do need to get the bus or use the hotel shuttle or taxi to get out and about. But the buses are cheap, reliable and have AC. Unless you have trouble walking its a great location, quiet with stunning sea views, you could spend an entire week in the hotel and not see it all! I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Every thing was great EXCEPT the concierge. We booked hop on off @ 56 euros plus gave 5 euro tip. She pointed out the bus stop & told us to wait there. She did not tell us any thing about the buses. She did not say there would be buses to many areas. We booked the SOUTH & ended up on NORTH bus We missed all we wanted to see & ended getting off & ending wrong tour. Waste of 61 euros & time. SHE OFFERED NO REFUND AT ALL ALL. Poor info for travelers that know nothing about bus operations. This was only bad thing. All hotel was GREAT."
