Delightful house with hot tub, 100m from amazing beach, sleeps 8 people

Delightful semi detached house, 100 meters from one of the best beaches in Greece. Located in Kastraki, a peaceful little resort 15km South from Naxos city, on the amazing sandy West coast of Naxos. The golden sandy beach is not crowded even in the height of the summer months and stretches for kilometers in either direction.

This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, a wonderful 4 person hot tub/Jacuzzi and will sleep 8 people comfortably. The outside of the property has comfortable seating, numerous terraces with palm trees and lush well maintained gardens. Private off road parking for several vehicles and magnificent views of the sea and surrounding Cyladic islands.

You enter the property via the kitchen dining room. Steps lead down to the living area, with comfortable seating, patio doors leading out to the outside terraces with sea views. Also on this level is a double bedroom and bathroom. Stairs lead down to the semi-basement level. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One large double bedroom and the other bedroom has one double bed and bunk beds. There is air conditioning throught the house.

Outside the house is a parking area for several cars, well maintained garden with palm trees, plants and shrubs. There is a private 4 seater hot tub/Jacuzzi, 3 terraces with plenty of covered seating areas, deck chairs, sunbeds, a charcoal grill and an outside shower area. The house is accessed via an un-paved no through road, well away from the main road.

Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.
