"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es wurde ein Brötchenservice angeboten. Man konnte optional aber auch Frühstück im nahe gelegenen Restaurant Apollo hinzubuchen. Als GTS Gast gab es einen kostenfreien Shuttle von Tignale zum Strand. Die Mitfahrt kann man problemlos über eine App buchen."

"We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...
