There is a possibility to play tennis, courts are in a good state, red clay surface. Also there are a lot of hiking routes you can do not far from the hotel. People who are working in Casa Gardola make this place really special, they are very friendly and always ready to help. ."

"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."
