Beautiful condo and location
The condo was absolutely beautiful and the view and location were perfect. Plenty of space and storage. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was so nice! My only complaint is that the unit did not include beach service. It’s my fault for not asking before booking and just assuming since the other units I looked at did include it. The beach chair company takes up the entire beach front which is quite annoying, so after the first day of trying to set up a canopy and chairs on the hot sand in the Florida heat we ended up paying the $350 for beach service but then you have to pay an extra fee if you want them to actually reserve chairs for you otherwise you have to walk up and down the beachfront looking for empty spots. Just a minor inconvenience but something to keep in mind.

2 star place 5 star price!
Bad communication. Had to r3qch out to them 3 hours before arrival. Appliances and furniture are sub par. I felt like for the price they should provide you with the basics whicb they did not. No extra toilet paper other then what was left on the holder, no hand soap in the bathroom. They did give us 3 dish washer pods for our 6 days there and a tiny little bottle of palmolive dish soap. Place is over priced imo

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!
This condo was excellent! Upon entry, the condo smelled so clean. Everything was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and there were plenty of towels. The condo is in the best location. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, there are two gift shops right next door on either side. The gift shop inside the first floor of Summerwinds was a fun surprise! Had drinks and snacks and several cute souvenirs for purchase. The weather was amazing during our stay, so it was wonderful to have the beach and three pools so close by. The security guards were even super nice and friendly. Only "problem" we had with the condo were the DVD players not working, but that wasn't a big deal. It was the perfect vacation! We would love to stay here again!

We loved the condo! The listing was spot on. The building is under construction but in the grand scheme of things that was a minor inconvenience. However, the condo was so cute and cozy. The owners made sure to have extras of everything. They had game boards, pool and beach toys. The kitchen was fully stocked. They have extra throw blankets, pillows rugs to put in extra spaces where needed. The smart fans and TVs were a bonus. The bunk bed is huge it was either a full of full or Queen over Queen but had a trundle that could fit two 10 year olds. We loved it and plan to come back! We want to tell the owners thank you for the extra touches. You made it feel like a home away from home. Also, I’d love to know where you found the desk and drawers in the master I need those 💗

This was our first trip to Navarre Beach and the area was fantastic. The condo was much more spacious then it appeared in pictures. One downfall was finding out only two days before our trip that the balcony was being repaired and unusable. We were given a decent and acceptable return on a portion of our payment for this inconvenience. However we were not informed that due to these repairs there would be EXTREME noise as if they were inside our condo with jackhammers from 7am until about 3pm every workable day! Also was not made aware that our pool, hot tub, and grill area would be blocked off and only ONE elevator in use. Sharing the pool area with the other two condos on either side was a bit inconvenient and annoying as there was an abundance of ppl using them especially the hot tub. On top of all that the dryer did not work at all and when contacted they were unable to get anyone there to fix it until the day we left. Honestly would go to this area again but not sure I would rent this condo! Went with a friend and her family, same building and condo size and hers was much more put together with beach towels, snacks, and many other convenient small amenities. Also full communication before and during trip with advice and a guide book if the area. Full use of their balconies and was warned in advance about noise and construction limiting areas. Plus the big kicker it was MUCH cheaper and just as nice if not better on decor and comfort. One other note the master bed is made for someone 6’ plus to get in and out of, I know because I’m 5’7” and had to literally jump up and out while my 6’1” daughter navigated it with ease LOL

Fantastic for a family getaway!
Unit 1404 was a great choice for a 4-day family and friends get together. As soon as you enter the unit, you're greeted by a lovely, updated beachy vibe with all the ammenitites you need for a relaxing getaway. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it was perfect for our group of seven, with enough room and privacy for everyone. We spent our mornings enjoying the view from the 14th floor balcony while we sipped our coffee and made plans for the day. The view is spectacular! Because the unit is stocked with beach towels, chairs, and (I believe) a beach umbrella, enjoying your time on the beach was easy. Even in paradise, nothing is perfect and there were a few areas for improvement. The worst was the floors- they need to be scrubbed and thouroughly rinsed so they don't attract buildup! There was no sand or grit, but the floors left the bottoms of bare feet absolutely black! After the initial discovery that everybody's feet were getting dirty, I refused to go barefoot! Other than that, there's a light fixture out in the master bath, the water closet toilet needs a new float and seal, and the full over full bunkbed needs reinforcing. Word to the wise: Be sure to be on the lookout for your check-in information from the management agency before your anticipated check-in! I had constantly been watching for check-in information, thinking that maybe they'd send me a key code just in time for check-in, but they didn't! When I FINALLY got someone on the phone, they swore up and down they had sent me the information two weeks prior. They hadn't. After the phone call, a text arrived with the necessary code and we were able to check-in without any further delays and begin enjoying our time at the beach!
